HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING REGULATIONS 2002 2002 No. 306 - REG 4

Application fees — Chapter 5C of the Act

For paragraph 106ZQ (2) (a) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed:

(a): for an application for approval of a person as a self-accrediting entity in relation to an external Territory — $40 000;
(b): for an application for accreditation in relation to an external Territory of each course the person proposes to offer — $10 000.
