- Description:This regulation amends the Healthcare Identifiers Regulations 2010 to support the effective operation of the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records (PCEHR) system by enabling facilitated registration, supporting the inclusion of Department of Veterans' Affairs information in a consumer's PCEHR and ensuring that the Healthcare Identifiers Service Operators can share critical information with the PCEHR systems Officer.
