HEALTH INSURANCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 57 OF 2012)

- Description:This regulation amends the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2011 and Health Insurance Regulations 1975 to give effect to a 2011-12 Budget decision to standardise operation arrangements among the 125 currently Medicare-eligible MRI units and introduces a 100% bulk billing incentive for MRI services.
