1986 No. 20 HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. The Principal Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 2AB the
following regulations: Declaration of organisations and qualifications -
sub-section 3D (1) of the Act

"2ABA. (1) For the purposes of sub-section 3D (1) of the Act, the organisation
specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 6 is declared to be a
professional organisation in relation to a particular specialty specified in
Column 3 of that item.

"(2) For the purposes of sub-section 3D (1) of the Act, the qualification
specified in Column 4 of an item in Schedule 6 is declared to be a relevant
qualification in relation to the organisation specified in Column 2 of that
item. Prescribed fee - sub-section 3D (1) of the Act

"2ABB. For the purposes of sub-section 3D (1) of the Act, the prescribed fee
is $30. Prescribed fee - sub-section 3E (2) of the Act

"2ABC. For the purposes of sub-section 3E (2) of the Act, the prescribed fee
is $30.".
