1988 No. 314 HEALTH INSURANCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. After regulation 2AC of the health Insurance Regulations the following
regulation is inserted: Prescribed amount-paragraph 13 (2) (b) of the Act

"2ACA. For the purposes of paragraph 13 (2) (b) of teh Act, where the
examining optometrist has certified on the patient's account that, in his or
her professional opinion, the patient had an ocular condition which
necessitated a further course of attention being commenced within 36 months of
the previous initial consultation, the prescribed amount is $99.".
