1983 No. 254 HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY SERVICES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the
definition of "provider number" and substituting the following definition:

" 'provider number', in relation to a practitioner, an approved pathology
practitioner or a participating optometrist, has the same meaning as in the
Health Insurance Regulations;".
