HEALTH INSURANCE (PATHOLOGY SERVICES TABLE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 227 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance (Pathology Services Table) Regulations 2008 to exempt item 66900 from the coning rule (the restriction for which Medicare benefits are paid for pathology services for a single patient episode) by adding it to rule 18A.
