- Description:This regulation amends the Healthcare Identifiers Regulations 2010 and the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Regulation 2012 to reflect the changes made by the Health Legislation Amendment (eHealth) Act 2015 and to further support the effective operation of the My Health Record system and the HI Service.
