1992 No. 188 HEARING SERVICES REGULATIONS - REG 5

5. (1) Subject to subregulations (2) and (3), the hearing aid charge is $25.

(2) If the eligible person is the spouse of a client, the hearing aid charge
is $20.

(3) If the eligible person is under 21 years of age and:

   (a)  in the custody, care and control of a client; or

   (b)  the brother or sister of a client; the hearing aid charge is $20.
