Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) The function of the Aged Care Secretary under section 9- 3 (obligation to give information relevant to payments) of the Aged Care Act is a prescribed function of the Chief Executive Medicare.
(2) To avoid doubt, in performing the prescribed function, the Chief Executive Medicare may request an approved provider to give specified information to the Chief Executive Medicare.
