1989 No. 277 INSURANCE (AGENTS AND BROKERS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9. After regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations the following regulations
are inserted: Prescribed form-paragraph 25A (2) (a) of the Act

"9A. For the purposes of paragraph 25A (2) (a) of the Act, Form 2 is
prescribed. Approved auditor's report-paragraph 25A (2) (c) of the Act

"9B. For the purposes of paragraph 25A (2) (c) of the Act, a report of an
approved auditor is in accordance with these Regulations if the report is:

   (a)  in accordance with regulation 12; and

   (b)  in respect of an audit of the accounts of the person lodging the
        relevant return; and

   (c)  in respect of the accounting period to which that return relates.".
