- Description:This regulation amends the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990 to increase NICNAS fees and charges for the 2014-2015 financial year in accordance with the NICNAS Cost Recovery Impact Statement for 2012-13 to 2015-16.
