Insert:
"Environment Department" means the Department administered by the Minister administering the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 .

Omit "Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities", substitute "Environment Department".
3 Subparagraph 11C(4)(c)(i)
Omit ", or in a fuel additive".
4 Subregulation 11C(5) (definition of fuel additive )
Repeal the definition.

Repeal the item, substitute:
