| - Description: | This regulation amends the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990 to make all fees and charges for the NICNAS for 2010-12 in accordance with the NICNAS Cost Recovery Impact statement for 2012-13 to 2015-16 and also introduces a screening fee for new chemicals applications and makes consequential amendments arising from the new Model Work Health and Safety Regulations which commenced on 1 January 2012. |
