4. Regulation 11 (Inspection of Material Safety Data Sheets)
4.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Inspection of Material Safety Data Sheets
"11. For the purposes of subsection 78 (2) of the Act, copies of the Material
Safety Data Sheet (if any) for a chemical may be inspected by the public at
the Library during inspection times.".
