INSURANCE CONTRACTS AMENDMENT REGULATION 2012 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 250 OF 2012)

- Description:This regulation amends the Insurance Contracts Regulations 1985 to introduce the requirement for an insurer to provide a consumer with a one page key facts sheet, when the consumer seeks information about a particular contract and when a consumer enters into a contract, with the provision of the key facts sheet enabling consumers to easily access key information and compare similar insurance contracts.
