1993 No. 30 IMMIGRATION (EDUCATION) CHARGE REGULATIONS - REG 3
Interpretation
3. (1) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
"the Act" means the Immigration (Education) Charge Act 1992.
(2) In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, an expression
defined for the purposes of the Migration (1993) Regulations has the same
meaning as in those Regulations.
