INSURANCE CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L01658) - REG 11

             (1)  This section is made for the purposes of section 33A of the Act.

             (2)  Each of the following class of contracts of insurance is declared to be a class of contracts in relation to which Division 4 of Part IV of the Act applies:

                     (a)  a home buildings insurance contract;

                     (b)  a home contents insurance contract.

             (3)  In this Division, prescribed contract and potential prescribed contract have the same meanings as in section 33A of the Act.
