INSURANCE CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L01658) - REG 9

             (1)  This section is made for the purposes of subsection 69(1A) of the Act.

             (2)  The words that may be used to inform an insured orally of the matters mentioned in subsection 22(1) of the Act for the original entering into of an eligible contract of insurance are set out in Schedule 4.
