1979 No. 224 INTERIM FORCES BENEFITS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENTS) - REG 3

3. Regulation 28 of the Interim Forces Benefits Regulations is amended-
    (a)  by omitting " One hundred dollars " and substituting " $300 "; and


   (b)  by omitting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

" (c) who dies-

        (i)    in an institution;

        (ii)   while proceeding to or from an institution; or

        (iii)  after being discharged while terminally ill from an institution
               with the approval of the Deputy Commissioner,
being an institution to which he had been authorized to proceed for any
purpose under regulation 5, 6 or 7, ".
