Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) An order that was in force under regulation 7 or 8 of the Imported Food Control Regulations 1993 immediately before the commencement of this section has effect on and after that commencement as if it were an order in force under section 10 of this instrument.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the variation or revocation of the order on or after the commencement of this section.
