1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 23 RULE 5

5. Where a respondent pleads or otherwise raises a defence of tender before
action, the sum of money alleged to have been tendered shall unless the Court
otherwise orders, be paid into Court.
