1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 25 RULE 1

1. In an urgent case, the Court or a Judge may, on the application of a person
who intends to commence a proceeding:

   (a)  grant an injunction;

   (b)  appoint a receiver; or

   (c)  make an order under rule 2; to the same extent as if the applicant had
        commenced the proceeding and the application were made in the
        proceeding and whether or not the party against whom relief is sought
        has been given notice of the application.
