1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 27 RULE 2

2. The Court may, in any proceeding, issue a subpoena to give evidence, or a
subpoena for production, or a subpoena both to give evidence and for
production in the prescribed form or in such other form as the Court may
direct for the attendance of the person named before the Court or before any
Judge, Judicial Registrar, officer, examiner or other person having authority
to take evidence.
