1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 29 RULE 2

2. The Court may make orders for:

   (a)  the decision of any question separately from any other question,
        whether before, at or after any trial or further trial in the
        proceedings; and

   (b)  the statement of a case and the question for decision.
