1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 40 RULE 3

3. (1) The Court may, pending disposal of the charge:

   (a)  direct that the accused person be kept in such custody as the Court
        may determine; or

   (b)  direct that the person be released.

(2) The Court may make a direction under subrule (1) which may include a
requirement that the accused person give security, in such sum as the Court
directs, for his or her appearance in person to answer the charge.
