1994 No. 110 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 6 RULE 3

3. (1) Where, in any proceeding, the applicant claims relief to which any
other person is entitled jointly with the applicant:

   (a)  all persons so entitled shall be parties to the proceeding; and

   (b)  any of them who does not consent to being joined as an applicant shall
        be made a respondent.

(2) Subrule (1) applies subject to any Act and applies unless the Court gives
leave to the contrary.
