1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 14 RULE 5

5. (1) An affidavit may be filed, unless the Court otherwise orders,
notwithstanding any irregularity in form.

(2) An affidavit may be used, with the leave of the Court, notwithstanding any
irregularity in form.
