1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 15A RULE 9

9. (1) An application under rule 3 shall, unless a Judge otherwise orders, be
served personally on the person concerned.

(2) An application under rule 6 shall, unless a Judge otherwise orders, be
served personally on the person mentioned in paragraph (a) of that rule.

(3) An application under any rule of this order shall be supported by an
affidavit:

   (a)  stating the facts upon which the applicant relies; and

   (b)  specifying or describing the documents or any class of documents in
        respect of which an order is sought.

(4) A copy of the supporting affidavit shall be served on every person upon
whom the notice of motion is served.
