1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 27 RULE 1

1. In this Order, unless the contrary intention appears:

"person named" means, in relation to a subpoena, the person to whom the
subpoena is addressed;

"subpoena for production" means an order in writing requiring the person named
to attend as directed by the order and produce a document or thing for the
purpose of evidence;

"subpoena to give evidence" means an order in writing requiring the person
named to attend as directed by the order for the purpose of giving evidence.
