1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 28 RULE 1

1. In this Order:

   (a)  references to an applicant extend to any person who makes a claim for
        relief in any proceedings; and

   (b)  references to a respondent extend to any person against whom a claim
        for relief is made in any proceeding.
