1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 4 RULE 10

10. (1) The date for a hearing under rule 8 or rule 9 must be obtained from
the Registry.

(2) If the Court has made an order abridging time, the application must bear a
note of the order made.
