1994 No. 357 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COURT RULES - ORDER 5 RULE 7

Rules applicable where affidavit 
7. Rules 8 and 9 apply where a proceeding is commenced by application
supported by affidavit and where:

   (a)  a cross-claim is filed before the directions hearing; or

   (b)  a cross-claim is filed after the directions hearing and the Court has
        not ordered that the proceedings continue on pleadings.
