1989 No. 107 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end
the following subregulation:

"(2) Where a party to a proceeding before the Commission is an employee who is
a member of the Australian International Flight Engineers' Association, being
an association that is not registered under the Act, the party may be
represented by an officer or employee of that Association.".
