104. (1) Where an officer of an organisation other than the secretary is
required by the organisation or under the rules of the organisation to keep
the register of members referred to in paragraph 268 (1) (a) of the Act, that
officer is a prescribed officer of the organisation for the purposes of
paragraph 268 (3) (a) and subsection 268 (12) of the Act.

(2) Where an officer of an organisation other than the secretary is required
by the organisation or under the rules of the organisation to keep the records
referred to in paragraphs 268 (1) (b), (c) or (d) of the Act, that officer is
a prescribed officer of the organisation for the purposes of paragraph 268 (3)
(b) and subsection 268 (4) of the Act.
