1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 116
Prescribed officer-subsection 285 (9) of the Act
116. Where the rules of an organisation provide that the certificate referred
to in subsection 285 (9) of the Act is to be signed by an officer of the
organisation, other than the secretary, that officer is a prescribed officer
for the purposes of that subsection.
