1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 21

21. The notice that is to be published by the Commission in accordance with
paragraph 141 (4) (a) of the Act shall:

   (a)  be published in the Gazette and in such other publications (if any) as
        the Commission thinks fit; and

   (b)  subject to any directions of the Commission or a member of the
        Commission, be in accordance with the approved form.
