1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 25

Manner of summoning or notifying party-paragraphs 149 (b) and (c) of the Act 
25. A person or organisation:

   (a)  being a party referred to in paragraph 149 (b) of the Act, is summoned
        or notified as prescribed for the purposes of that paragraph; or

   (b)  being a party referred to in paragraph 149 (c) of the Act, is notified
        as prescribed for the purposes of that paragraph; if the summons or
        notification, as the case may be, is served in accordance with the
        Rules of the Commission.
