1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 5

5. For the purposes of section 13 and subsections 16 (2) and 175 (1), (2) and
(5) of the Act, each of the following State industrial authorities is
prescribed:

   (a)  the Industrial Commission of New South Wales;

   (b)  the Industrial Relations Commission of Victoria;

   (c)  the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Commission of the State of
        Queensland;

   (d)  the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission;

   (e)  the Industrial Commission of South Australia;

   (f)  the Tasmanian Industrial Commission.
