66. For the purposes of subsection 240 (6) of the Act, a notice of the making
of an application, under subsection 235 (1) of the Act, for approval for the
submission of the proposed amalgamation to ballot shall:

   (a)  notify the persons prescribed for the purposes of subsection 241 (3)
        of the Act of their right to object to any proposed amalgamation to
        which a scheme included in the application relates; and

   (b)  specify the ground or grounds, being a ground or grounds prescribed
        for the purposes of subsection 241 (3) of the Act, on which such an
        objection may be made.
