1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 74

74. (1) The designated Presidential Member dealing with an application under
section 235 of the Act:

   (a)  shall fix a time and place for the hearing of any objection duly made
        to a proposed amalgamation; and

   (b)  shall serve notice of that time and place on the applicants and on
        each objector.

(2) The Presidential Member, in fixing a time under subregulation (1), shall
have regard to regulations 72 and 73.
