1989 No. 12 INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REGULATIONS - REG 78

78. In an application under section 235 of the Act in respect of a proposed
amalgamation, a document that is served on the applicant organisation
specified in accordance with paragraph 64 (c), being a document in connection
with the proposed amalgamation or a proposed alternative amalgamation (if
any), shall be deemed to have been served on all the applicants.
