INTERSTATE ROAD TRANSPORT CHARGE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 177 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Interstate Road Transport Charge Regulations 2009 to ensure an alternative formula is used to determine the annual adjustment factor applied to FIRS charges, in those years when heavy vehicle fleet structure differs from the trend assumptions contained in the original formula.
