1986 No. 291 INTERSTATE ROAD TRANSPORT REGULATIONS - REG 37

37. The Minister shall each year in the month of July publish in the Gazette a
list specifying-

   (a)  the kinds of charge monitoring devices in respect of which a
        certificate issued in accordance with sub-regulation 36 (1) is, at the
        time of the publication of the list, in force; and

   (b)  where a certificate so in force contains, in respect of charge
        monitoring devices of a certain kind, a declaration of the kind
        referred to in sub-regulation 36 (3)-the period specified in the
        declaration.
