INCOME TAX (FARM MANAGEMENT DEPOSITS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 276 OF 2011)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Income Tax (Farm Management Deposits) Regulations 1998 to allow for early access to the FMD for primary producers affected by natural disasters, and also allows for more than one FMD to be held by the primary producer with Australian Deposit Institutions.
