INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS (UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) REGULATIONS 2019 (F2019L01277) - REG 6

                   For the purposes of subsection 8(2) of the Act, the Act applies to the United Arab Emirates subject to the Treaty between the Government of Australia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates concerning Transfer of Sentenced Persons, done at Canberra on 9 May 2018, a copy of the English text of which is set out in Schedule 1.
