- Description:These Regulations amend Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002 to update the list of transfer countries to which the International Transfer of Prisoners Act 1997 applies to include Bosnia and Herzegovina, Korea and Ecuador.
