- Description:These Regulations amend the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002 and will ensure that all countries that are bound by the Council of Europe's Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons will be 'transfer countries' for the purposes of the International Transfer of Prisoners Act 1997.
