INCOME TAX REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 129 - REG 5

5. Regulation 147 (Prescribed rate for the purposes of section 3-2 of Schedule 2A to the Act)

Note The following note should be inserted after regulation 147:

"Note For the prescribed rates for the 1997-98 and later years of income, see
regulation 28-25.01 of the Income Tax Assessment Regulations.".
