INCOME TAX REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1998 No. 92 - REG 3

3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Prescribed schemes (Act, s 160L (6A))

"14E. A scheme mentioned in column 2 of an item in the following table is
prescribed for the purposes of subsection 160L (6A) of the Act, in relation to
a disposal of a right to reimbursement, or to payment, under the scheme on or
after the date mentioned in column 3 of the item:
